It seems like every time we order from Cracker Barrel something is wrong with our order. One time they completely forgot my entire entree and only sent the sides. This time my biscuits were hard as a rock and clearly very old and overcooked. I generally love Cracker Barrel but their food has been really disappointing lately. I want to keep ordering but I'm not sure I will at this point.
Greens are nasty as well as the loaded microwave potatoes
Ordered the Campfire Shrimp Skillet thinking I was gonna get more shrimp but they only gave me 3 miserable shrimp. Would not order again.
Biscuit Beignets were not cooked! The insides wre nothing but raw dough. looks like they just tookraw dough and covered wit powder sugar. Not edible.
missing entree chicken and dumplings as well as the chicken and dumpling soup (also no spoon included even the soup had been included). Hashbrown casserole was inedible - tasteless and hard as a rock!
food wasn't packaged nicely the casserole and dumplings were mixed, and biscuits were flattened and I didn't get and silverware. Food is good, whoever packed it can do way better.
Steak under done, eggs runny, syrup for Strawberry Stuffed Cheesecake Pancake Breakfast missing
the food was good however when you pay 28 dollars for a meal and get little peaces of meat in that meal and 3 carrots and two Lillie potatoes is a little upsetting. if the serving had more of the meat it be a 5 star but what I paid for a nd received was a ripp off so becareful with this business.
Sometimes my food is fresh and sometimes it is not. I tried to talk to the manager to ensure that my food comes fresh, he brushed me off, as if I was bothering him. Ilike Cracker Barrel's food 75% of the time, howe ; when it is ordered through DoorDash, at times it seems as if, the meal is rushed and through tog .
