Consistantly Good Food We often frequent Cracker Barrel when we travel.. it is easy access off most highways and their food is hot, brown and plenty of it! Large portions, scratch recipes. LOVE the country fried steak! Great atmosphere, friendly staff.

Food was good but service made it great We have eaten at many cracker barrels over the years. The food is always good not great but good. But I had to write a review for this one do to the service. The lady who waited on us kept our tea glass full and was so joyful it spread over the food making it better than you could ask....
Brunch The food was ok. My ham slice was pretty small and overcooked. The bacon was extra crunchy, which I liked, my fiance didn't. The biscuits were very good. The service was good. They needed more cashiers up front though. I always enjoy looking at the store goodies.
Good Country Cooking The food selection is good. It has a southern menu from chicken fried chicken, trout, cider, meatloaf, steak to grits. It's a very tasty menu. The interior decor is made up of old signs, farm tools, wash boards, etc. It's a great place to eat. They even had a large hearth fireplace with roaring fire. I would eat here again.
