I live in Burbank California, happily - so much so that I never wanna leave - yet... I just had a breakfast that was cooked so phenomenally, a taste so delectable, proportioned so perfectly... I'm considering moving up Louisville! Yeah, it was that good.
The food was good, but I really wish they'd pull the stems from apples before making the fried Fried Apples. It's not pleasant to eat when you don't notice it (see stem below apple in photo).
the mashed potatoes were brown and tasted burnt. couldn't eat them. my dog wouldn't eat them either. Meatloaf was good. Corn muffins best part of the meal
The best thing was the Mac & cheese..yum! Fried chicken was really good, but the one thing I was looking forward to was the hash brown casserole. It was a bit dry though.
The blueberry pancakes were delicious and as far as I know everyone else enjoyed their food. My complaint is that I didn't receive my bacon or my eggs with my momma's pancake breakfast.
the Chicken Fried Chicken was good. It was a little soggy when it got to me but tasted fine. The macaroni and cheese wasn't very flavorful and the Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola® Cake was dry, some of it was crunchy which was confusing and I think the frosting was grainy, I couldn't tell where the texture was coming from.
Signature Chicken n' Dumplins Family Meal was very good. I was very satisfied. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Chicken and Dumplings were very good! As well as the sides which were Green Beans, Corn, and Fried Okra. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Great breakfast food for lunchtime!!!
