Consistently Good Breakfasts Had not been here in a while but after visiting remember why we always liked it so much. Good food, good service & reasonable prices. We visited on a Friday mid-mornign (10-ish) and were seated promptly. I had the mama pancake breakfast and my wife the old timers breakfast Everything was excellent!
Meal timing was very bad We were having our "last breakfast" together as we went our separate directions after a great sibs weekend. We decided to eat at Cracker Barrel as it was close to the hotel we stayed at and was by the highway we all would depart on. We had all ordered our breakfasts and were chatting and commenting on the good times...
Good homecooked meal We were able to get there before the dinner rush. That was a big "plus". We were disappointed that Chicken Pot Pies are only sold on Wednesdays.
Great Place - Everytime Always good to see the Cracker Barrel sign as you travel down the road! It seems like just when you need one, you see one! I love Cracker Barrel, from the old Country Store to the delicious food. Fried Okra, fried apples, meat loaf, beans and greens, corn bread....wow, you hungry yet? I am! Let;s go to the Cracker Barrel.

Loved it everytime Great food and service. Enjoyed a great meal. Chicken and Dumplings, and Roast beef are excellent. We always enjoy a nice meal everytime we go here. Breakfast is always good, but i just can't keep from ordering the Chicken and Dumpling, mash potatoes, okra, and beans. We always like to eat at Cracker Barrel when we are traveling.
Good standby place Cracker Barrel is always a good choice. This trip the Chicken Fried Steak wasn't up to par. Over cooked and not much flavor. Wife loves their Apple Dumpling. Never finishes it though. She really like their Sunday Chicken special.
