My food was cold and very small portions for the price not happy about this
Burnt (black ) biscuits and a missing side.
I usually never have an issue with Cracker Barrel but the chicken and dumplings, mashed potatoes, and hash brown assertive were all very cold when I got it. I understand there was the commute time but it shouldn't have been that cold. It seemed like it was just sitting out for a while before it was picked up, I've never had this issue with the Barrel before.
Do not orde from here. They will only give you part of the order without your knowledge until it arrives and food they do send is watered down.
We have consistently disappointed. We keep giving them a chance. The macaroni and cheese was a huge disappointment AGAIN
Very disappointed and expect refund. Shrimp was dried out and included only 13 but they were so dried out! They were also buried under about 30 steak fries which I did not order. They forgot the hush puppies which are included. The dumplins were in a container that was a lot of liquid only. No condiments except for butter for the biscuit and muffin. The okra was good. Meal was warm temp at best. I've eaten at CB a lot in the past but decided to try delivery from and the food quality is not what it used to be.
The meatloaf was extremely mushy. It's usually delicious, but was disappointing this time. The mashed potatoes were super dry as well and they didn't give me the gravy I asked for.
The Southern Fried Chicken was great, the Meatloaf was dry.
The biscuits were burnt, hashbrown casserole was dry, Mac n cheese was burnt. Quality and quantity was awful
