food was cold, eggs very bland, pancakes had no flavor which was odd and steak was cooked well done which I asked for medium well.
Missing a item this the second time and other item burn.
Forgot an item and got another item's sides wrong. The food we did get was good as usual, but it was a fairly simple order to mess up that bad.
Not secured spilled all in the bag, broccoli side was raw and plastic wrapped missing
My order was wrong they wouldn't help me out with discounting my food because I ordered through a third party-- DoorDash- they wouldn't write my name down so I could get the food for a later date it had to be same day fix... if I could drive there I wouldn't have used DoorDash! The dumplings tasted like raw dough nothing else. End of story I ordered turkey and got chicken and they tell when I arrive to pick up my order no good or professional service at all.
The shrimp was hard as a brick
$8 for an order of cheese bites and i only get 8 pieces. lol.
I was really looking forward to turkey and onky ordered because id been craving some. Unfortunately, I was told there was none when I went to pick it up i got meatloaf iinstead, and I was very unimpressed. my dog ate½ of it & i only hate the other½ because I was famished. I waited for a long time for it too. It wouldn'thave hurt if they wouldblve offered me dessert, but they didnt. the green beans were bland. the biscuits were delicious. staff were nice
