New York Strip Steak had huge amounts of gristle and was very tough to chew!CB steaks used to always be Great until you started changing up your food!😞

food was very cold upon arrival. store made delivery driver wait longer than anticipated since my order had to be looked for.

The meatloaf was burned and the mashed potatoes tasted like the milk/cream was sour. 25$ for lunch for subpar food.
Everything was cold and tasted old. Sent biscuits that I didn't even order. That was hard as rocks.
The main feedback is the packaging was not secure and the food containers were sliding in the bag. Also, there was not a secure/security strip on the bag; like other restaurants so I know the food was not touched after being packed for Dasher to pick up. Now, the eggs, bacon, and apples were tasty; and steak cooked correctly
