I had the chicken, french toast, with a side of loaded hash browns. Meal was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. Establishment was very clean and comfortable. Our server Micheal was very attentive and seemed to really enjoy his job.
Wait time for being seated was close to 1 hour, extremely crowded. Typical for Sunday afternoon. Server took drink & food orders rather quickly. Drinks arrived relatively fast, but food took a really long time. Other diners around us were complaining about the long delays. Bread was cold and hard. A number of diners, including my party, were heard asking for fresh, warm bread, which never arrived. No apologies were offered for the delay nor the failure to bring fresh bread. The food delivered was incorrect. They gave blueberry pancakes instead of chocolate chip, didn’t get fries bc they ran out. I asked for gravy on my chicken and hubby asked for tartar sauce when we ordered- had to wait 15 min to receive after we got our food. I had to go find my own ketchup. Our server was super busy and polite, just slow. Food was good. Loved the catfish the most!
The grits were not edible. You had to chew every grain. My bacon came undercooked. Once I received the replacement order, it was overcooked, literally burnt and stuck together. Thankfully, the pancakes were good.
I had lunch with my Cousin in this location. The food was awesome! The service was excellent as well. Certainly will recommend to family and friends. Our waitress Ti was very personable & provided great service.
