We placed a large order for our staff and some was good other was very cold and not as tasty. The reason for the average score is because several people ordered squash casserole and nobody received it and we paid additional for it. If you are out of an item why not call the customer and let them swap or at least throw something extra in? Poor customer service. The door dash driver was wonderful! Very kind and helpful.
burger did not taste fresh and steak fries were over cooked

The fried steak meal and side items did not seem fresh.
The steak was so tough we didn't even eat it. It's usually good but not this time. And they left out the gravy. Very disappointing for what it cost.
The fried catfish was hard and dry. This meal was missing the third side. The hamburger steak was over cooked,dry and missithe gravy on the burger and mashed potatoes.
They left eggshells in my scrambled eggs.
The sausage was not cooked all the way through and the biscuits were hard.
Pinto beans were very dry (terrible); turnips was mostly pork and very few greens. Overall food was terrible. I will not eat here again and will tell my friends not to eat here.
