I was very disappointed with my Cracker Barrel delivery order. The pancakes arrived folded over and crammed into a small compartment, making them look smashed and unappetizing. The presentation alone made it seem like very little care was taken when packaging my meal for delivery. While I understand that food can shift during transport, pancakes should be packaged flat or in a container large enough to keep them intact. Chicken tastes burnt discolored in places like it's burnt
The French Toast entree ($18.04) was not as advertised, and portions were inedible. The Country Fried Breakfast ($26.80) was not as advertised. The steak was overdone and the eggs were MISSING!
The food was so nasty and extremely saltyz didn't finish it not worth the money
wasn't fresh, small portions, dumplings were all soup no dumpling, taste was okay have to add salt to most sides, I would order the Crispy Homestyle Chicken again.. The Best Classic Meatloaf was okay, I prefer bbq over ketchup
Left specific orders for driver to ring bell upon arrival which he didn't so when I got the food it was cold cause it had been outside for ten minutes country ham was over cooked and to hard to eat definitely unhappy with this order
It takes forever to get your food and the portions aren't worth the money. Overpriced and not the best unfortunately!
Every single time we order from them, they always mess something up. Most of the time it is that they have not given us part of our order. This time they left an entire entree and sides out.
