If you ever want the Broccoli Cheese Casserole DO NOT order it. I ordered $25 worth of it and got a single cup of it. After calling, they said, "even though you ordered $25 worth of Broccoli Cheese Casserole on the site, that's Doordashes problem....not ours."
We didn't get any salt or pepper packets, napkins, or plasticware. We had to rely on our hotel to save us so we could actually eat. I love Cracker Barrel's fried catfish and fried apples. My kiddo loves the chicken tenders and fries.
Chicken and dumplings were not fresh. Looked and tasted old. Ordered pecan pie but received chocolate pecan pie instead. Never had issues when dining in but apparently their carry out needs to be monitored more closely. Definitely will not be ordering takeout from here again.
I didn't receive my 2nd side, their Mac and cheese is not home made and the meat portion was small
The past two times i used DoorDash for Cracker Barrel I ordered chicken fried chicken it was missing the gravy. This time I decided to change it to Country Fried Steak and once again no gravy.
Momma's French Toast Breakfast® was a perfect example of how to not make French toast. If Momma had done the exact opposite, then maybe the French toast would be palatable. This place is too pricey to have subpar food.
Ordered the French toast and its literally more egg than bread and tastes awful. Would not recommend.
Normally I don't write a review. But the food was cold, eggs were rubbery, and portion sizes of the hashbrown casserole was pitiful.
Food was very small portions for 80 dollars worth of food. Nothing like what normal portions are when you dine in. I received a biscuit that was the size of a half dollar coin. Chicken was dry and not enough gravy to drown it. The only thing that was good was the Dumplins.
