Love the Eggs in the Basket but I don't like super runny eggs. Please let us have the option to ask for over hard eggs. They were way too runny today.
Cracker Barrel is one of my favorite restaurants, but the Ooltewah location never fails to get something wrong. This time was Old Timer's Breakfast. The hashbrowns were so hard that they were inedible. The over medium eggs were cold and hard. The country gravy was watery and tasted like grease. The only thing that was edible were the biscuits.
Literally every time I order from this Cracker Barrel they forget something. Forgot my mashed potatoes and gravy this time.
Keep leaving off items on the orders. No gravy, no tartar sauce no cranberry relish. I don't like leaving negative reviews but it's not the first time. Food is good though in terms of what gets delivered.

Once again they left off (and out) the gravy.
All of the food was cold (delivery was fast, so not the drivers fault). Paid extra for a 2nd bottle of syrup but it wasn't in the bag. The worst part was that all 4 Buttermilk Biscuits (4) were burnt on top. Definitely not worth $40. Will not order from Cracker Barrel again.
