Got the veggie platter and everything was good. Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola® Cake was about half the size it normally is, definitely not worth the $7 plus dollars.
That was the worst meal that we have ever had! Shame on you cracker barrel . The steak was not editable at all and the chicken was dried out and tasted horrible. One of our sides were missing and we ordered the corn muffins and got biscuits . Oh and as a bonus every thing was ice cold...
They forgot something nearly every time
I ordered the country ham with 3 sides; 2 mac&cheese and pinto beans. The biscuits were so hard I could not eat either. The pinto beans looked like they put beans in water. They had no flavor at all. The mac&cheese was delish as always. I have never had such bad food as I did tonight, Cracker Barrel has always been one of my favorites ijust feel like somebody had a bad day in the kitchen. I will still go back! And usually give 5 stars...
steak is dry, no sawmill gravy on it, potatoes(plain mashed potatoes) are so thick you can't dip the steak in for moisture, pinto beans are dry and undercooked....this is hands down, the worst food I've ever ordered.
I ordered a build your Build Your Own Homestyle Breakfast and a Momma's Pancake Breakfast® . They left out the biscuits on both orders and sent the grave that goes with it but not the biscuits. They are always leaving out items that you order.
I have never gotten a correct order from the Ooltewah Cracker Barrel. I will not order from there again. I ordered a plain baked potato and it came loaded. The dumplings were dry and thick like they were scraped from the bottom of the pot that was cooked earlier that day. The Grilled Chicken Tenders were nuggets.
The chicken pot pie was a huge disappointment. It was mostly potatoes. The entire dish had few vegetables and chicken. It was bland. All in all it was just awful.
Store didn't fulfill entire order. They always leave something off. This time it was an entire cup of soup.
