Every time I DoorDash, Cracker Barrel leaves food out of my order or it gets it wrong. I didn't get the hashbrowns I ordered. I didn't get the gravy. This is the second time I haven't gotten extra gravy that I have ordered. I've been charged for it, but have not received the order. 
The biscuits that were delivered were small and hard and not edible
Two pieces of carrots two golfball size potatoes for 20 dollars. No thanks. Never again
Have tried fish 3x. 2 Very small limp fish pieces. No tartar sauce. Other sides didn't fill up their container compartmen half way. Very skimpy. Dessert left off. I live lessthan 10 min away and it took one hour to arrive aftr pick up by Dasher Neile wont be ordering again.
Did not seal bag. Was left wide open.
Chicken n' Dumplins were cold in the centers. And the fried apples had a nasty taste to them like they had gone bad.
Asked for gravy on the side got no gravy. The sour cream on my potato looked like cottage cheese.
When I go to the restaurant my food is always good. When I order delivery, there's always a problem. The latest order consisted of extremely salty Chicken n' Dumplins and inedible. Broccoli casserole was missing. Liquid from greens had soaked the okra. The cornbread was burned. Unfortunately, I am told I can't be compensated for anything except the broccoli casserole.
Chicken tenders were not edible. Not just cold, chewy and hard as a rock, like they had been sitting for hours and then re-fried. Very disappointed as this plate was $19. I would have sent back if I was in restaurant- unfortunately when you order delivery you get what you get. Very dissapointed as Cracker Barrel is a family fave.
