This store was out of an item and instead of contacting me to ask for an alternative, they simply wrote "we're out of pot roast" on my receipt. They could have at least asked the Dasher to contact me. Also, the gravy was missing for the country fried steak and they forgot the Ranch dressing. Order at your own risk.
If it wasn't for my my wonderful Dasher most of my food would not have been in the bag. I have purchased from them quite a few times and never had this problem. If they were out of chicken, they should have said something they were gonna allow my Dasher to leave. We're just part of my order.. I feel like they really do need to do better when they're busy on Sundays.
Wow ... I didn't want a hard boiled over medium egg . How disappointing in the Momma's Pancake Breakfast® my eggs are lliterally TOAST ..
The steak was cooked very poorly. It was dry and tasted boiled. Don't get a steak from here. They also didn't send my syrup.

We ordered Country Fried Turkeywhich has been delicious in past years. It was done differently and it was over-fried. Almost burnt. Very disappointed.
Gwenn Disliked Didn’t like • 2025-11-22 Order was $95 and missing 3 orders of bacon, and 2 orders of eggs and 2 orders of pancakes. Absolutely no condiments like buter and syrup for the pancakes. No utensils at all. It was the worse order preparation ever! When all you have is prepare the food and put it in a bag and you can't do that simple task, it doesn't say very much about your staff.
I Ordered Two Sides For Both Of The Chicken n' Dumplins Meals And I Did Not Get Them. I Paid Almost $50 To Only Get 2 Of My Meals With No Sides , I Would Greatly Appreciate The Rest Of My Funds Back, Thank You Very Much.
I paid for extra syrup and again didn't get it
