Put mashed potatoes in a separate container, but left greens with the pork chops and greens juice made them soggy.
I order extra hash brown casserole it never came, nor extra syrup or chalula sauce. Why did I pay extra.?
The driver was kind enough to go back get my drinks. However the store gave him the wrong drinks. The manager is friendly and has great customer service. The front end staff need more training this is crazy. No way I ended up with a hot and cold coffee.
Did not receive a good portion of what we ordered. This is the second time this has happened with a door dash order from here.
They completely messed up our order, we got some food we did not order and other items weren't sent, we got fruit instead of cobbler, and cobbler was the one thing we were really looking forward to. This was our first time eating Cracker Barrel food and it was disappointing especially for the high price.
Worst breakfast ever.....

Forgot my gravy and the chicken was very dry
First off, I order corn muffins, but receive biscuits. One meal was supposed to have 3 sides, but only 2 were included, mashed potatoes and turnip greens. But it was noted on the receipt that they were out. However, the driver nor I was told until it was noticed after food was picked up. Did they credit me for the missing side?
