The medium steak was nearly raw. Fried pickles were partially cooked and oozing oil. The hush puppies had raw centers. There were no dips for anything. I'm very disappointed with this Cracker Barrel location's quality.
I didn't get one side of dumplings or fried apples. I called the store but because I ordered from DoorDash he couldn't help. I ask him to deliver himself but the answer was no.
The chicken strips were not crispy. The meatloaf was mush.
Usually Cracker Barrel is great. However, not today. I ordered Biscuits & Gravy with Bacon or Sausage and they forgot the gravy.
The Chicken n' Dumplins was absolutely horrible! My mother orders this regularly. I always think things are salty but she never does. She said it tasted like it was made of salt. She put a small amount on a plate to eat and ended up throwing it all away and fix something else to eat. The meatloaf was good and up to it's normal standard but the green beans looked like they sat out uncovered for 2 days. This store was out of an item and instead of contacting me to ask for an alternative, they simply wrote "we're out of pot roast" on my receipt. They could have at least asked the Dasher to contact me. Also, the gravy was missing for the country fried steak and they forgot the Ranch dressing. Order at your own risk.
If it wasn't for my my wonderful Dasher most of my food would not have been in the bag. I have purchased from them quite a few times and never had this problem. If they were out of chicken, they should have said something they were gonna allow my Dasher to leave. We're just part of my order.. I feel like they really do need to do better when they're busy on Sundays.
Wow ... I didn't want a hard boiled over medium egg . How disappointing in the Momma's Pancake Breakfast® my eggs are lliterally TOAST ..
The steak was cooked very poorly. It was dry and tasted boiled. Don't get a steak from here. They also didn't send my syrup.
