The grilled chicken was burnt and charred more th the usual charring. We had to scrape off a lot of the outer layer of chicken to eat it.
this is 3rd time that you have forgotten a side of gravy that we pay almost $3 for. please do better reading the order. it's always the 1st item on the check and you Mark 0 on the# of gravy on the bottomof the receipt.
The country fried steak was very hayd. I had to cut it with a very sharp knife! I also got plain mashed potatoes with white gravy. They were dry and no gravy on the steak.
I love Cracker Barrel and it was my first time using the Door Dash delivery service. My food arrived in a large non compartment container and was all mixed together which resulted in a soggy mess. I had ordered grilled chicken tenders, fried okra, and green beans. The okra was so soggy from being mixed with the green bean liquid that the okra wasn't edible. This may not be a concern for door dash but it could deter people from using your service if Cracker Barrel doesnt remedy the problem.
The cornbread was the only thing I felt was good to eat.

Left out the gravy for Country Fried Steak, which makes the whole meal, and only refunded a dollar.
Arrived cold Country Vegetable Plate Smokehouse Grilled Chicken. The price of the Smokehouse Grilled Chickenis overpriced for the small pieces of chicken that are received. Maybe they give te large pieces to in hous guests. We are guests too, Cracker Barrel. We just opt to stay at home at enjoy your food.
Did not receive butter for pancakes, order extra. Did not receive and of the jelly that I ordered. Wouldn't have ordered extra biscuits if I knew I was getting the jelly. Did not receive the extra syrup that I paid for. Did not receive maple syrup with the blueberry pancakes like I ordered, instead got blueberry. Also, ordered the farmhouse scramble and it was indeed missing the spicy maple. Oh and no silverware or butter cups for the biscuits.
