The chicken was not fully cooked. When we cut the Campfire Chicken blood was still coming out and the chicken still looked pink.
French toast isn't fully cooked and gooey. bacon fully cooked and the hashbrown casserole isn't cooked. After paying as much as I did I'm extremely disappointed. Will not be ordering from here again.
Our food arrived, thrown on a bench, not closed, two sides were missing, gravy for chicken fried chicken was missing, pinto beans was missing, biscuits were missing, condiments, and jellies and butter were missing, chopped onion, and cha-cha was missing for the pinto beans
The grilled chicken was burnt and charred more th the usual charring. We had to scrape off a lot of the outer layer of chicken to eat it.
this is 3rd time that you have forgotten a side of gravy that we pay almost $3 for. please do better reading the order. it's always the 1st item on the check and you Mark 0 on the# of gravy on the bottomof the receipt.
The country fried steak was very hayd. I had to cut it with a very sharp knife! I also got plain mashed potatoes with white gravy. They were dry and no gravy on the steak.
I love Cracker Barrel and it was my first time using the Door Dash delivery service. My food arrived in a large non compartment container and was all mixed together which resulted in a soggy mess. I had ordered grilled chicken tenders, fried okra, and green beans. The okra was so soggy from being mixed with the green bean liquid that the okra wasn't edible. This may not be a concern for door dash but it could deter people from using your service if Cracker Barrel doesnt remedy the problem.
The cornbread was the only thing I felt was good to eat.
