How do you not gravy when you order Biscuits & Gravy with Bacon or Sausage. And just because we order for delivery does mean we want chicken cooked 4 hours ago and are now hard as tree stumps or burned pancakes that taste like everything you cooked on the grill. No sense of quality or pride in food or service
Dumplings were not cooked through. It looks like they just balled up dough and threw it in a box.
My food bag and container were not sealed.
The potatoes tasted like turnip greens and they left out the gravy on them and the meatloaf wasn't cooked right, still had pink on the inside
I ordered baked chicken and rice with mushroom gravy. I also got carrots, mashed potatoes and biscuits.If this is supposed to be a step up from the Cracker Barrel I know, I won't go back. It looked like someone's leftovers. The chicken breast was the size of a baby hen. I got maybe 2 tablespoons of rice and the gravy had 1 large slice of a mushroom. I would absolutely love to mention the full Grandma's Sampler Pancake Breakfast but the sampler portion was not there. All we received was the pancakes and the apples were missing the meat portion and the eggs and it's very frustrating because while DoorDash issued credit and took care of it from their end, and the driver was absolutely amazing. The stores inability to know their own menu and make sure things was packaged appropriately is very disappointing, I'll choose other options for breakfast from now on.
Portions small and not like the Cracker Barrel from past days
Everything was over fried or missing. No Cornbrea Muffins (4)d no Fried Okra over cooked onion pedals in Shareables Trio. Burnt Lil' Barrel Cheeseburgers No quality controls at all.
My food was not safely sealed. Bag wide open . Doesnt feel safe to eat.
