Did not get any gravy with my steak and gravy nor did I get the gravy I ordered with extra biscuits and gravy. Also missing a side item. Very disappointed in the the service. Cracker Barrel is better than this.
I love CB but this is the third time they have messed up a to ho order. I had the side of hash browns missing in a breakfast order, my friends loaded baked potato had no butter or sour cream, the dasher had to wait a long time for the order at the store. Just not good.
I ordered chicken and dumplings with carrots and mashed potatoes. It was absolutely disgusting. I spit it out right as it went into my mouth. The food was also pretty cold which was off putting. The carrots were ok, but I was disappointed in the quality of the meal. The dumplings needed way more sauce. It was way too thick. I do not recommend this restaurant.
This was the worst meal. The biscuits were hard, the potatoes lumpy, and the gravy too thin.
Half the order was missing, the fritz were terrible and the biscuits were hard.
They forgot the bacon in my breakfast order and the chicken and dumplings were dry and unseasoned.
Tenders were burnt. Biscuits were burnt. Left out two sides of mashed potatoes and gave me two sides of green beans instead
Not provided ice cream with cobbler for the 3rd time
I had two orders of Gravv n' biscuits . and in one order the biscuits were not cooked thourghly. The other order they were cooked to much!
