The meatloaf was burned. They left out our two country ham biscuits. The greens were over cooked and had some disgusting looking white pieces of meat in them
Second time we've ordered and they forgot something.
Many items were missing. This is the second time this has happened.
DO NOT DOORDASH FROM THIS STORE!!!! I have placed orders on multiple occasions in the past that have been wholly incorrect or incomplete. Generally, an employee has had the courtesy to call me if an item I ordered was unavailable (didn't seem to know what to do and didn't really provide me any alternatives, but I appreciated it). Food was cold. Very small portions, coffee cups were only 3/4 full. No hash brown casserole. Very disappointed
The kids meal was fine and the bread was good. The meat for the country friend steak was undercooked and discolored. It looked like it might be old meat. The sides were okay.
No gravy on the steak and both orders of mashed potatoes were supposed to have white gravy and we got less than half a bowl for both dinners
We love Cracker Barrel. Usually excellent...feel like they may have had a very bad day. The French toast was inedible. Tasted like soap. The biscuits were hard and probably leftover. The gravy was not like it usually is...tasted different than usual, darker than normal, and only in 1/2 filled containers.
No butter for pancakes and one syrup for 3, no condiments on sandwich, & the boxing was falling apart when I took it out of the bag? Could have been better Cracker Barrell.
