Burgers were burned and my side item was not included.
Orders always run behind schedule by 20~30 minutes. Always have at least 1 side item left out of order.
Hand-Breaded Fried Chicken Tenders overcooked and tough. Didn't get gravy or dipping sauce. Cornbread was hard
The chicken tenders were burnt to a crisp. Literally.
The chicken and dumplings were so salty. I have ordered these several times for several years and they have never been that salty . They weren't edible. We had to pick through each meal and try to find less salty bites. We ended up throwing them away.
I ordered a sampler with meatloaf, chicken and dumplings. The dumplings were way too salty and I got one sizable chunk of chicken. That was it. Bunch of dumplings, one chunk of chicken in all of it. Very disappointing. Will not place this order again.
This is the first time in a longtime that I've been disappointed with the meatloaf. It was tough, hard to cut and bland. I got the green beans and carrots with it and they were great as usual. I'm sure I'll try it again and hope that whatever's not right will be better next time.
really dissapointed with meatloaf i couldnt even eat it ... it's usually great but not today .. all other sides were good tho
The Country Fried Steak was very chewy and was basically all grissel :( the flavor was there though. The sides were good, but not very warm. I got the Hashbrown Casserole, Mac and Cheese, and Mashed Potatoes with Brown Gravy. I appreciated the packaging and the fact that the Gravy for the steak came in a separate container. Won't be ordering again, as it does not seem to be worth the money 🤷♀️
