FOOD IS GREAT AND SERVICE IS ALWAYS WELCOMING
Did not get my extra gravy we ordered. Baked potato tasted like it had been in a warmer all day. Ordered broccoli got one piece. Had to heat everything up .
The food never disappoints! The service was great, we received all our items as that can always be a huge frustration when using a 3rd party like door dash for food ordering.
Ham and sausage were dry ( hockey pucks)
Food I received was good, was contacted about and item I ordered that they were out of, I told them to cancel that part of the order, they did not refund any money, I had to contact door dash for the refund which they processed quickly.
Great food and I would be even better if I ever got it… Every time I order from them we are missing a bag and half the meals

the good was good enough, however they neglected to send out drinks and apple butter with the order. this is a fairly common issue with cracker barrel for whatever reason
