My chicken was dry and tough. They forgot my onio petals. Biscuits were hard. Have always been happy with Crackle Barrel but they screwed up today .
Didn't receive biscuits and each side seem to be old. Very disappointing.....

Missing items. Called and asked for cocktail sauce and was told they would put it in the bag for me that didn't happen.  Mac & cheese wasn't cooked all the way.

The Wednesday **WEDNESDAY ONLY** Broccoli Cheddar Chicken was very good. However,I ordered dumplings as my side and they were HORRIFIC!! As an ex Cracker Barrel employee,I know what they'resupposed to look like. They looked like balls of play doh and they had absolutely no liquid with them.
Crispy Rockin' Shrimp this was not fully cooked Itwas too hard to eat
got everything wrong and our sausage was raw, ordered eggs scrambled got egg whites, as well as ordering sausage links and got sausage patties, portions are extremely small as well. so disappointed by everything and wont be coming back or ordering again.
Fired steak was blend and tough. Spoonful of gravy when I expected more. Pickle chips overdone and tough.
