Crispy Rockin' Shrimp this was not fully cooked Itwas too hard to eat
got everything wrong and our sausage was raw, ordered eggs scrambled got egg whites, as well as ordering sausage links and got sausage patties, portions are extremely small as well. so disappointed by everything and wont be coming back or ordering again.
Fired steak was blend and tough. Spoonful of gravy when I expected more. Pickle chips overdone and tough.
The food was old. The mashed potatoes were hard and crusty, the chicken tenders were rubbery and the steak fries were soggy. The cornbread was hard, either overcooked or old. The steak and shrimp wasn't too bad
This is the second time I've ordered from cracker barrel only to be disappointed because something was"out of sock". They do not have the driver contact you and ask if you'd like a replacement or anything. The food is decent but the lack of service will stop me from ordering from here again. Very disappointing especially coming from a corporate location.
They were out of turkey. Gave them another choice and they then came back 10-15 min later to say they also didn't have carrots or broccoli casserole. I ordered at 542 and didn't get food until 7. We said no gravy on one order. It had gravy on it. We said gravy on the side for another order. It had gravy on it too.
This restaurant has repeatedly not sent the food ordered. The store was very rude and unwilling to fix the the issue. I would NEVER recommend Cracker Barrel to anyone!!

Portion size is ridiculous! All the servings of sides are about half what you receive in the restaurant.
