This place needs some soulful hands in the kitchen. The Dumplins were horrible, no moisture whatsoever. It was one big pasty, flavorless ball. The Mashed Potatoes with Brown Gravy were chunky and flavorless as well. Mashed potatoes are typically pretty easy to make. The hashbrown casserole had a ton of salt in it, couldnt eat that at all. The Homestyle Chocolate Chip Cookies, there'snothing homestyle or homemade about them. These were sent to me prepackaged and frozen solid. What happened to Cracker Barrel's quality?
The mest was burnt on every pieceit was hard .what is upset isCracker Barrel Had to know how bad it was burnt .
Normally I would never need to give less than 5 stars, but the baked apples were crisp, so not cooked long enough. The fried cod was left to long to cook, it was dried up with hardly any fish that I could find, Shrimp same way.I know it is a friday night and it is pouring rain and I heard you were very busy ,but this is not good, food cost to much as we all know! I will call and talk to the manager.
Missing baked potato. Meatloaf a little burnt. Veges good
The Homestyle Chicken was supposed to be 2 tender chicken breasts, what I received was about 5 tiny pieces of over cooked chicken, not whole chicken breasts. The Chicken Fried Chicken was about the same. Very disappointing and inedible due to being so over cooked.
Broccoli casserole was burnt. Meatloaf was terrible. Only good thing about this order they got the cornbread right and the green beans
I asked for sugar free syrup for the Momma's Pancake Breakfast® and received 1 small bottle of regular syrup for 3 large pancakes. The bag wasn't sealed at all and I paid $4.28 for a small cup of orange juice!! I will not be ordering from here again.
chicken tenders were hard as rocks
My hamburger steak was literally crunchy and hard to the teeth making the entree inedible. my fried chicken was also overcooked. I paid extra for a fruit cup which was not even a whole serving. small individual side cup was barely half-filled. The vegetable soup tasted like it was poured straight from the can. my smoked Smoked Sausage Patties came weirdly severed. I'm disappointed with cracker barrel on this particular order. there was an extreme carelessness as to quality of the food.
