I had a wonderful experience at the Cracker Barrel in Kernersville. This was my first experience here and was not disappointed. Walked inside the merch store and was at awe with the range of items. (I need that Atari) The candy, shirts and everything else gave it that good ol country feel. I was thanked by the Manager Tia. And I received excellent service from Abby and Amy as my greeter and server. Food was excellent. My Chicken was so tender it melted. Will make this a common stop for me
my server knyla I think her name was she was AMAZING!!! she made me feel so welcomed when I got down and we just talked and talked never let my drink go empty as a server myself I would say she has been one if not only best server I have ever been served by thank you so much knyla :)
Stopped in for a quick meal, but thanks to Briana, it turned into such a great experience. She was quick with a smile, knew the menu like the back of her hand, and made everything feel effortless. Her energy was so positive and welcoming — it really lifted our whole day. We left full, happy, and impressed. Briana went above and beyond, and we’ll definitely ask for her next time we visit!
We have been coming to this Cracker Barrel for years. The service has historically been slow and sub par. Not Tonight!! Nick I. was amazing, you could tell he really loves his job. He was very attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed. Nick made sure our glasses were full and checked in multiple times to chitchat and make sure we were good. We live around here and have been here in the past when the service wasn’t quite so expedient. Our last several visits have been superb! The service is wonderful, the meals are served quickly and currently they are serving campfire meals. The steak campfire meal is melt in your mouth delicious. If you haven’t been in a while, you should definitely come visit the friendly faces.
