got one biscuit per order , should have been 2 per order and i had 3 orders ,no silverware or napkins.
Cracker Barrel failed to include the Mashed Potatoes, Sawmill Gravy, and Cornbread. The Green Beans were not eaten due to a soured taste. The DD helper credited me $25 which, if I had not used my DD credits would be okay. I have no other recourse than to accept an amount that does not reflect the meal itself for $19.49, the $7.40 credit usage and the $15 tip for delivery.
Food missing and was not as advertised food didn't taste good
Shepherds Pie was overcooked. Hashbrowns were very dark. 3 Large chunks of carrots. No other vegetables. Will not reorder.
Disappointed on the portion for the cost. Will not order again.
Only one piece of chicken (not a generous portion as stated), no additional mashed potatoes as ordered 3 received 2. Even the receipt was highlighted as though someone checked the order... not.
the frech toast is raw with wet batter totally inside
I ordered a chicken campfire dinner and received a beef dinner instead which was dry
Pancakes were hard and rubbery eggs were overcooked. Not at all the quality and deliciousness we are use to getting.
