Food packaged bad. there was turnip green juice all in my Mac and cheese. I ordered the fried apples and didn't receive them. Classics Country Sampler - All Three
I asked for the burger to be cooked well and it was hard and only 8 steak fries. Definitely not ordering from you guys again.
I ordered 2 fried chicke salads payed extra for the add egg option. One salad had no egg the other only had one. The lettuce in the salad was just wedges of lettuce not even cut up, and they give 2 small cups of ranch dressing for 2 huge salads. There wasn't even an option to add extra dressing. It also took a long time, I live maybe 5 minutes away from the restaurant and it took over an hour for the dasher to get the food.
With this fish dinner, you are supposed to get 4 pieces of fish; I got 3. I requested cornbread and got none. The dasher left at door on floor; never even knocked.
Missing items (again) - this time it's the Mini Chocolate Chip Pancakes. Quality of food is lackluster. Sizes vary on being too little or too much. Grilled Chicken Tenders often have hard/rubbery ends to it which confirms not fresh but frozen food being cooked. Will not likely order again.
the fod is good but what's up with the biscuits?? last three times I've ordered from here the biscuits are missing. do better
The Cole Slaw tasted as if it had gone bad.
I had the uncle Herschel's breakfast I ordered it with egg whites and sugar free syrup when my order arrived to me they gave me regular eggs that were cold my pancakes only one of them had crispy edges and they tasted like old grilled onions as if the grill was not cleaned off before making the pancakes also the loaded hash browns had bacon on it that was so chewy could not even eat it and I was also given regular syrup when I asked for sugar free
the steak was over cooked and tough and taste like every has been burning on their grill for weeks. everything else was ok
