Meat was overcooked, one side was unavailable, which is a common issue with this store. This store used to be awesome, but the quality of the service has gone way down in the last few years. Calls to the manager only bring excuses.
Requested crispy bacon... not crispy at all. Everything had to be microwaved upon arrival. Eggs were hard as a rock and not edible. Called to request extra syrup. Employee was very rude.
thus was the worse breakfast - the grits were terrible the eggs we cooked so hard they were chewy. the Iced Vanilla Latte wad watery. very disappointing.

The meal was old and not cooked properly. The sides were cold and the bread was not included in the meal.
Unable to order the Ham for lunch because the app is messed up. Ordered the breakfasr Ham, which is a lot smaller. Had the Homestyle Fried Chicken BLT & Homestyle Fried Chicken Salad . I do hope they get the app fixed quickly
Food was not all the way cooked Well the hash brown was not the sausage
Found raw uncooked hash browns in my fried apples. Fried egg sandwich tasted like a dirty grill or rank bad grease. Hash brown casserole was undercooked, had raw hash browns. Sausage biscuits top half of biscuits were all torn up. Corn muffin was broken into and half smashed. So disappointed in Cracker Barrel.
The presehtsy was off the french toat looked as if the took seperate parts from differeb pieces of bread and thre them on the plate no powder sugar anywhe on the french toast
