We highly recommend COTC Mechanical! Robert and all of his technicians are extremely knowledgeable and courteous. We've had them replace a gas furnace, central A/C, and upstairs heat pump.

We had our HVAC units replaced over the last two days. I can’t recommend COTC enough!! Robert and his team are always wonderful to work with and when we ran into an electrical wiring issue (bad wire in the house not a COTC issue) he had someone here to resolve it very quickly and get our main unit operating. Love this company!! Their customer service and overall customer experience is stellar. Highly recommend them.

The best, most reliable and trustworthy company around! They are professional, competent, and most importantly trustworthy. Our technician, Mike was personable and transparent with the work that needed done and was mindful of recommending necessary work, not work the company could financially benefit from. I wish this company worked on all appliances because I would only hire them!!
