RecommendedIn a panic when my outside unit wasn’t working, I reached out via messenger and they were very responsive and helpful. We used them again for a service check and the guys who showed up were on time and very professional. They did a great job of explaining everything. Then on a holiday, they came out and fixed a problem and totally saved us!! We will definitely be using them in the future and highly recommend them.

Creators of total comfort saved us this summer ! We are retired, on a fixed income. We paid for the maintenance plan with dominion Energy every month. Our AC died, they sent McCarthy svcs out after 6 days waiting! Trust the power company right?? NOPE, after 15 minutes they guy said.....can’t be fixed, need all new system, pay $10,000. I called Tiffany at C.O.T.C. they came out immediately. They fixed the AC quickly! They were kind, professional, a pleasure ! NEXT TIME, WE CALL THEM ONLY

Messaged on a Sunday night (during the NFC championship game) and had an appointment for 7:00 am the next morning to diagnose the problem(leaking water heater). Came back that evening and worked from 5:30 to 9:15 pm to install a new water heater. Professional, courteous, clean. Highly, highly recommend Robert and his team. Thank you!
Robert came to inspect our fairly new system and quickly discovered a mistake that was made during installation by another contractor. He took the time to explain everything to me and fixed what they did wrong. I like how he explains it in simple terms so it's easy to understand how the system works. It was a pleasure to find someone as honest and knowledgeable as he is!
