RecommendedWe had our HVAC units replaced over the last two days. I can’t recommend COTC enough!! Robert and his team are always wonderful to work with and when we ran into an electrical wiring issue (bad wire in the house not a COTC issue) he had someone here to resolve it very quickly and get our main unit operating. Love this company!! Their customer service and overall customer experience is stellar. Highly recommend them.

RecommendedIn a panic when my outside unit wasn’t working, I reached out via messenger and they were very responsive and helpful. We used them again for a service check and the guys who showed up were on time and very professional. They did a great job of explaining everything. Then on a holiday, they came out and fixed a problem and totally saved us!! We will definitely be using them in the future and highly recommend them.

RecommendedCreators of total comfort saved us this summer ! We are retired, on a fixed income. We paid for the maintenance plan with dominion Energy every month. Our AC died, they sent McCarthy svcs out after 6 days waiting! Trust the power company right?? NOPE, after 15 minutes they guy said.....can’t be fixed, need all new system, pay $10,000. I called Tiffany at C.O.T.C. they came out immediately. They fixed the AC quickly! They were kind, professional, a pleasure ! NEXT TIME, WE CALL THEM ONLY
