RecommendedCOTC is a quality and fair operation. My A/C system broke (middle of July). I could have gotten the condenser replaced but my system was nearly 20 years old so per discussions with Robert Trainer I opted for a new system with zone dampers. While waiting a few days for the parts to come in, Robert brought over three large portable units so my family wouldn't bake in our house. I had to have my furnace replaced unexpectedly and remembered I was given a referral for Creators of Total Comfort Mechanical, Inc., so I gave them a call. Robert and his crew were at my house by that afternoon. A couple of days later, I had not only a brand new furnace, but a brand new A/C unit as well. Robert came and did an inspection and thermostat change when we first bought our house. Robert took extra time to look at our systems and explain what would need to be done because our systems where very old and original to the house. A week later one of those very old furnace gave up and we immediately called Robert. He cam out as quickly as the company could get the new furnace to him! Which was the next day! Our hot water heater broke during major winter weather on a Saturday. We called around, and were told that repairs couldn't happen until the following Monday at the earliest.
