They are very good about jumping on and resolving issues within the time frame of your initial payment. They are extremely proactive. The area that needs improvement is their guarantee referral of $500 for new customers. Upon providing a referral I was told my state was ineligible for the bonus which was never disclosed and even after the fact I continue receiving texts offering the same referral bonus.
