Credit Associates was positively an answer to prayer. I had just gotten a statement from the biggest cr. cd. company I owed showing the NEW interest rates now applying after their "Promo Period" had ended...I was shocked!!There was literally no way I could handle those payments being retired living on Social Security.It was like the next day out of the blue I get the offer in the mail from Credit Associates for not a credit "consolidation" offering a somewhat better situation but a debt "SETTLEMENT" SOLUTION to the financial... read more

This was undoubtedly the best experience I have had to date. I was amazed when ******* answered the phone on the FIRST ring. This has never happened before! She was very patient, caring, knowledgeable of the problem I was having. She offered to help me complete a form by signing it online. She was extremely patient and appeared that she really cares for this old lady. I worked 30 years for the ********** of ***** Services. I was skeptical when I joined the program, but time flew by - and now Ive completed the program and saved a ton. Great company to use to get debt under control! They are very helpful and understanding!! Got a question reach out someone will have an answer for you! Don't want a certain account on your settlement reach out they will fix it. Life really lifing that month reach out they will adjust and help you not starve that month! Can't wait to be in a more comfortable spot in life!

Wonderful wonderful customer service by *****. She gave me all the details I needed in order to make educated decisions about my account settlements and how I need to move forward regarding my financial goals. One thing I ask is just please have more of your employees be as motivated and as helpful as *****, so that people feel confident in your services and not like they are just out there in an abyss without any help and also sometimes phone calls do not go through so maybe hire some more staff; thank you so much.
