I was drowning in debt, credit card payments almost consumed 1 monthly paycheck when I contacted Credit Associates I was at my wits end. Their positive attitude gave me hope. I was treated respectfully, felt heard and always given honest information. I recommend this program for everyone with high interest credit card debt that cannot see the light at the end of the tunnel.??

During the hardest part of my financial life when I saw no way out, I felt the walls closing in and credit associates came on the tv about helping with credit debt. In minutes this company provided me with peace of mind and solace. Everything is a working process and with it comes hard work and keeping the budget on track! This was in 2020. For the most part my experience with Credit Associates was very satisfying. My accounts (except) one with Discover has now been settled/paid in full. Which is a tremendous weight off my shoulders. There's only (2) things I feel that Credit Associates representatives need to be unified on is when signing clients up -> to stress the fact the client has to provide any & all correspondence still being received from creditors after signing up with Credit Associates as it is part of the settlement process. It has worked for me. It has helped me organize myself better financially and Im paying down my debt without getting myself into more debt. Great customer service. The phone can be busy at times but they also have chat and email and respond in a timely manner.

Actually today I found out I am done paying on the creditors that I owed and cried, what a wonderful feeling!! There is one special lady that helped me get threw this, any time needed an answer or to talk when it was tough, she helped me with the answers and what to expect!!
