Wonderful wonderful customer service by *****. She gave me all the details I needed in order to make educated decisions about my account settlements and how I need to move forward regarding my financial goals. One thing I ask is just please have more of your employees be as motivated and as helpful as *****, so that people feel confident in your services and not like they are just out there in an abyss without any help and also sometimes phone calls do not go through so maybe hire some more staff; thank you so much. For the most part my experience has been great! Everyone I have spoken to have been extremely helpful when I call to see how my progress is. ******** has been wonderful and knows what shes doing! Credit associates understand what youre going through and really try to make you feel comfortable with where you are in life and that things happen. This is one program I can speak positively about. Why because I have been through their program not once, but two times. Yes I know two times....but life happens you know. I'm just glad they were there again to help me get out of debt. I always choose 24 months and they just fly by. It's a really great program.

I was drowning in debt, credit card payments almost consumed 1 monthly paycheck when I contacted Credit Associates I was at my wits end. Their positive attitude gave me hope. I was treated respectfully, felt heard and always given honest information. I recommend this program for everyone with high interest credit card debt that cannot see the light at the end of the tunnel.??
