Great job! The Critter Control team is very professional, friendly and timely. We had them come and bait and remove rats, then close up the house to protect against future infestations.
Tim from Critter Control did an excellent job!!! Never thought we have to deal with underground squirrels in this area. We first saw it with a burrow dug up leading to underneath of our driveway. We didn't see it for three weeks and about a week now, we have been smelling something like a "dead fish smell" in the house, but couldn't figured out what it was or where it came from, until one day when the heat kicked in with the overwhelming order mixed in. Richard - Wildlife Technician Richard was very easy to work with. He listened to my concerns and tried to accommodate to the best of his ability. He called before he arrived (as I requested) and arrived within the arrival window given by the company. I would happily work with Richard for any future issues. However, I absolutely can not recommend the company with whom he is employed. cathy, technical staff Cathy G. the technical staff, seemed competent. But she ignores customer requests. I asked her to ring the doorbell so i could see what she was doing on my property. She did not. rather, she turned up at 6 am and I consider this a punitive measure for my request.
