I caught a skunk on accident (knew about the possum, didn't know about a skunk). I called two other places, one didn't return my call and the other had a tech go home sick. So I called critter control and they came out within a couple of hours and removed my problem. I'm grateful that they were able to come out so quickly.

Prompt & reliable. Thorough inspection with photos. Good explanation of what needed to be done with accurate estimate. Always on time. Pointed out that barrier vapor in need of replacing. When they came to do the work we told them they were to replace foundation vents as well. They tried to call office to confirm, but when they weren't able to reach anyone, they just agreed that we were probably right & they did it. No arguing, hassling etc. Will use them again it critters reappear.

It's a dirty job but somebody has to do it, and they do it well. I appreciate the email updates and the before and after pictures. I also like that they scheduled repair times directly with the tenants. We had a rat situation probably because of tenants feeding the birds and birdseed getting all over the porch. It's expensive, but I feel like after all we have done they will not be coming back. Fingers crossed!

I had Critter Control out for squirrels in my wall two years ago. They trapped 2 and then I spent a lot of money having them seal up everything. I have not had any problems since. Then three days ago I noticed a $59 charge on my credit card from Critter Control. Having not seen them for a year I knew this was a false charge. I called them and got their voice mail. I left a detailed message for them including my phone number. I have not heard a word from them. If I were you I would look else where for a critter problem.

Its upsetting when you have to give a one star review. And if I could I would give negative stars. I had critter control out to remove a squirrel from my attic. To make a long story short these folks don't show up on time. Or they would just come unannounced. When they did show up they didn't have the courtesy to knock or call to let me know they were at my place. They lied multiple times saying they did call when they didn't. I am not happy. This process has been full of poor performance and lack of communications throughout. The job was to get rid of the squirrel that had made a nest in our attic crawl space. The first technician didn't even go up in the attic over to the nest area, just looked from the garage trapdoor, which does not give you any view of the chimney, which is where the nest was. I've been working with Critter Control for the last four months to address rats (in the end: two total, although there was abundant evidence that there have been more) in my attic. There were a lot of disruptions in service with the holidays and snow, but in the end I think it's finally done. Now that it's all over, I'm pleased with the work, and that is the takeaway! It must really depend on what you are expecting. I expect them to check their "live traps" daily or every other day at most. My observation has been that they check them every week or 10 days. All those cute photos of live traps? Those are death traps. The animals, if not checked daily or every other day at most, slowly thirst to death. It is cruel, and it is illegal. I have lodged a complaint with the authorities.
