Everything from beginning to end of the process in my experience yesterday was picture perfect! My elderly mother with dementia had an appointment at the same time. Not only was her experience pleasant, a birthday song and treat was given to her from the entire staff. She came in a little 'down' and left with her spirits elevated!!!

Brought my very anxious husband in for a free consultation for a bad tooth. Dr. Reif said she actually had time to remove it. Our appointment time was 1:45pm. We were back in our car at 2:45 pm. Our service was quick, professional, and pain free. Melissa was the BEST dental assistant I've ever encountered. She was able to ensue a calmness over my husband which enabled him to proceed with the extraction. Melissa also held his hand for comfort during the procedure. You all were amazing! Everyone greets me with a friendly smile when I walk in. Also you are never rough when working on patiences and always do a great job on working quickly.
I just want to take another moment to "THANK" Michelle for her tireless efforts of making sure that I fully understand my treatment plans; what my responsibility is and that of the insurance company. I have to preface my comments by saying that I do not prefer to go to the dentist and with that being said, "Kudos" to Patty who was very patient, very encouraging, and understood my plight of not wanting to be there. She made me feel comfortable and took away the anxiety. She communicated with me what she was doing and took out time to explain to me what areas I needed to continue to focus on. As usual, Everyone was very kind and gentle with smiles. I met Dr. Kelly and she was also very much part of your practice norms. She blends very well. She was kind and sensitive and gentle. The front desk staff and Michelle were vey friendly and eager to help make sure everything was explained and taken care of.
