Great love Dr. Kelly she made me feel at ease especially with all my dental anxiety.
My experience with Crossroad Dental Arts, is always excellent service. DR .Rief, and her staff is amazing, soon as you walk in the office you are greeted with smiles from everyone.Everytime someone ask me , where do you go to the dentist, I reply with this answer, Crossroad Dental Arts, Dr. Joanne Reif, that's my girl! Lol

Quick and professional
I was greeted upon arrival by name by the staff. That was such a surprising and friendly thing as I hadn't even signed in. Just as important than the office efficiency and promptness, my teeth cleaning went very easy. The hygienist had a gentle touch and assuring manner. She explained everything she was doing as she was doing it. Dr. Rief made sure to stop in and check on my progress and did an oral exam.
I had a very pleasant experience at this Dental Office. Plus, the staff was inviting and friendly. Thanks to everyone for offering me professional service and caring hands.
From the time I walked in EVERYONE was SO pleasant - the office is very aesthetically pleasing to the eye .... very clean and cozy . Dr Kelly and Rashan were awesome - everything was explained to me as it happened! Through my long history ( I am almost 63 ) of sitting in a dentist chair, orthodontist for 3 years as teenager - this has been the best all around - I am happy knowing that I am in the best of hands !!
