The Dentist and her assistant ( can't remember their names) were very professional. The Dentist did great work, no pain. Both were tender in care.
I have been to 3 Dentists since I was a kid and this one has been the best by far. What I like appreciate the most is that they discuss the price with you before anything knowing that is an issue for everyone and it definitely helps in the decision making process, unlike other dentists offices that I have experienced where price doesn't seem to be treated as an issue. Also, the front staff truly seem like they are happy to be there and are happy to see you. Thank you Cross Roads Dental!

This was my first visit to Crossroads dental and what a wonderful experience. To not be to dramatic I hate going to the dentist. The experience at Crossroads was pleasant, professional and caring, from entering the office to leaving. The staff one in particular Rashane (dental assistant) went above and beyond her job to ensure my elderly relative who was diagnosed with dementia was engaged while I was in with the dentist. I called the office to get an appointment for two problems. Thinking that I would have to wait at least several days before seeing Dr. Kelly, I was pleasingly surprised when I was told that I could be seen the same day. Dr. Kelly and her assistant are the best. The staff at the desks are also pleasant and very helpful. Since becoming a new patient in January 2017, I am very much satisfied with the services.
Having had a substantial amount of dental work done last year by Dr. Kelly, I recently completed one of my regular check ups. Dr. Kelly gives me rave reviews but I am the one who should be giving her the rave reviews not only for the work she performed, but also for her patience and understanding. Because I trust her, I simply do what she instructs me to do; the good reviews she gives me after my check ups merely result from thethe excellent care she continues to provide me.
Took me in at short notice. Was friendly, helpful and made me feel at ease during a delicate situation. Highly recommended. You guys do great work. And the girls at the desk are a hoot!
