I've been coming here around 9+ years now. I have never once had to wait for my appointment. They take me right away. I also really love the staff and the office. It is a very comfortable atmosphere. One new addition I enjoyed yesterday is the massage seats!. I was sitting there getting my teeth cleaned and holding the massage remote in my hand trying different settings. Pretty cool. I think if they started serving cocktails I may end up hanging out there.
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Rief and her wonderful staff. A visit to her office - no matter what for is PAINLESS, takes less time and is actually more pleasant than getting a manicure!!! Every visit to Dr. Rief is an investment to me in my good health and it's always a pleasure to chat with her staff. They all truly care about you and your smile :)
Dental Arts is amazing!! Everyone there is kind and extremely caring... Monday- Friday. They treat you like your the most important person in the room, now thats quality. This is the first time I have ever felt relaxed in a dental office, I mean they literally will hold your hand. I give five stars and recommend it for anyone who have anxiety about going to the dentist. If you live in surrounding areas just try once for yourself. Absolutely love doctor Rief and her staff. My wife and I have been going to this dentist since 2006, and we would have move out of state before we saw another dentist. Took our daughter in for her first dental appointment and she loved it so much she said she wants to be dentist when she grows up.
Amazing as usual! No wait time, staff is very friendly. I live in Boston and travel to Baltimore for my appointments; during the week, taking time off of work! That should say a lot :)
