Dr. Rief Took the time to show me step-by-step what was involved with my unique invisilign procedure. The office staff is always very friendly and helpful
My Hygienist, Nicole, is extremely gentle and also seems to be very aware of all that is going on in my mouth. I get the feeling that I'm in good hands. Dr Rief worked on removing a large cavity from one of my teeth. The whole experience was very quick and pain free. I was very pleased with that.
I was having an issue where I thought I might have lost a filling and needed to see Dr. Rief at the last minute. The office was great at fitting me in and I was able to verify that I hadn't lost a filling. Dr. Rief also took time to polish off a rough edge that was bothering me.
This was my first visit here and I loved every minute of it. From the walk in the door to leaving I was greeted and treated very respectfully. I will definitely be returning and referring to others.
Always a good experience at Crossroads Dental Arts. Great people, always taken on time, clean facilities and professional staff. Would recommend to my friends and family.
