The past 2-3 bi-weekly visits have been a much more efficient and all around better experience. Please keep it up.
It not been easy but works if you want it to and are willing to do what you have to
Overall everybody does their job and is super nice. But there is one thing I don’t like and it’s the turnover on the therapist. It’s like when you get use to someone and then you have to get a new one. But for me it’s hard to open up to new therapist and I think doing work sheets doesn’t help you in your recovery it’s talking about it that helps in your recovery.
They are very nice and happy people they work with you to get you on the right track
Y’all do great and everyone e is very nice and helps me if I need anything.the only thing that I need is y’all to take Cigna insurance. So this is my last year hear at cross roads. .I have to go somewhere they take my insurance if it was t for that I would stay bc everyone at cross roads are Great
Very pleased and very grateful for the help of getting me off pain medication that I was abusing. No lie, I do live in pain but Crossroads has helped me manage through the addiction and how to manage my pain. They work very hard and effectively but you have got to be willing to put in the work also. So Thankful for Crossroads!!
The director there is THE BEST. She doesn’t judge anyone and helps any and everyone she can! She is dedicated to her career and the patients and you can tell she loves what she does. I couldn’t speak more highly of Amanda! Also, the counselors, they are pretty great too! The nurses - they work fast to get everyone in and out as quickly as they can! Very sweet ladies. I never have felt judged there by anyone, and that means a lot. I would and have recommended this clinic to a lot of people. Thank you Crossroads of Calhoun!
