The counsler Haley is unprofessional and is rude . She needs to go . How can a counselor have a job working with addicts that are usually on the edge and b so rude and nasty and treat them like they are criminals.. the lady that's over it now is really nice and I think she truly cares but Haley has to go

The past month to a month and a half the service/ wait time is pretty ridiculous. An hour to hour and a half. Unprofessional. I understand eveuome has a bad day. But not everyday. I’ve been late for work. Yo the point that they’re asking questions that k on do NOT want to answer. I had to leave this morning as I did twice last week. I’m so close to changing my clinic!!

I'm really beginning to hate going to this place. The days leading up to my scheduled visit, I seriously start dreading it. This facility is so unorganized and careless about the customer's time, and it shows. I'm every visit, I sit in the waiting room and listen to people complain about needing to be at work in a few minutes and still waiting to see their counselor. I was the 8th person in line when the facility opened at 5:00 am, on my last visit. Four people ahead of me had to see their counselor, as did I. After waiting ... read more

I pick up every 2 weeks. I arrive at 4:30 and wait until the office opens at 5:00. There is no valid reason that it should take me an hour to pay and get my medications every time I come in. I have to see a "counselor" every time I come in for something, to fill out a stupid work sheet, treatment plan that hasn't changed in 2 years, or just sign something. It's ridiculous. This process could be more efficient and could take into consideration the patient's time as well.

I am very fortunate to have a counselor who takes pride in his job and takes time to explain things but I find outside of him handling my case there can be a lack of consistency. I must say if you are not a big advocate things has the possibility of falling through the cracks at that clinic.unless like myself your bless to have someone like mr Allen Prime

Ok for starters I’ve been going there about 3 yrs and I have had so bn many different counselors and when I start CB with a new counselor I feel like I’m starting at the b beginning of the program all over again because I have to start at the beginning of my addiction and explain everything all over again to every new counselor. Also today is Friday and last Friday I ask for a copy of my last tb test and I was bn told that I would have to see my counselor on Monday to sign a release form to get my tb test results for me to ... read more
