Quick, courteous service. Couldn’t ask for anything else.
The entire team are the best at what they do. The counselors listen to you and truly care. The nursing staff always treats you like a patient, not a number. And for recovery, that is very important. Even the receptionist is always happy and chipper at 5 am in the morning. So as a whole I wouldn’t go anywhere else, ever.
Great experience, every employee is caring and cares on a personal level.

I have been with crossroads for little short of a year my initial interaction was of great concern but has time went on and we received new staff I must say there are some who it appears take pride in serving the clients and the community and took overall pride in what they did I would like to mention Monica, Allen prime, and Amanda Posey. Professional and very thorough. Office assistant friendly and efficient. Counselors friendly and appeared knowledgeable of their responsibilities to me. Environment was tidy and appeared clean. Nurses were friendly and very professional. Attire clean and appropriate for patient care.
I enjoy coming to this clinic. I feel you are treated fairly. The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. The only thing sometimes is the wait time to dose.
