I wasn’t as happy as I usually am, believe me I’m always happy with my doctor, I just love her, but the staff this time , I’m not sure why, when someone comes in late for their appointment why the go in to see the doctor before people that are on time for their appointment’s go in

My experience was in and out, little wait time, and the ladies in the office along with the Doctor Steven were all friendly, receptive to my needs, and caring. The doctor gave me the chance to ask questions after he saw me, also, and I always appreciate that. Thank you, Crossroads, your Suboxone program has really aided my life for the better. I was in need of treatment and they accomadated. within. 3days and they made me feel like they really cared about me and my health from the girl that registered me to the nurse that did the urines and the docter. who assisted me with my addiction.I wouldnt want to go elsewhere..

Convenient polite discreet ,CLEAN and friendly ! Very streamlined from one appt to next the receptionist always keeps everything running smoothly so I have never had to wait or sit in a room with an office full of people .
