You guys are awesome. My in and out time. Made it very reasonable for me. With everything that's going on with the covid-19. I have an old man that is 80 years old that lives with me and I really don't want to be around a lot of people and I appreciate you for getting me in and out.

Everyone I met all staff and doctors are very kind and understanding I had to push back an appointment due to insurance issues and they kindly help me do that without a problem I always get notified about each appointment I’m going to have I think they’re doing a wonderful job at Crossroads.

The tele visits have been so helpful, I'm still waiting a little while to be seen but it's not as bad when I'm not having to sit in a room full of people. The Carrick office has been better about confidentiality in general and tele visits are even more private.
