Yesterday was to be my appointment. My phone did not connect well to Zoom. I was told to use a different phone when I did u was taken out of the room twice and told had to wait till today. I was treated terrible by your staff yesterday. After I had done what I was told to do I feel your company does not care about their patients. I was tossed to the side like a complete piece of garbage.
i was scheduled with the wrong doctor. waited weeks to be scheduled for this appointment just to be told i could not be helped. however, emilee (not sure on the spelling) did an amazing job of rerouting and rescheduling me. she was very kind and helped me with what she could!
I didn’t feel judged I felt heard like he was listening, I also learned that addiction isn’t just shooting drugs into ur body cause I never did that … it’s as simple mad taking pain pills an for yrs not realizing there’s a problem until I wake up an it smacks u in the face… i was happy that I was able to start treatment when I realized I had a problem and it may not have been as badly as most but I was able totnstrR treatment before it ever got worse … is appreciated the whole experience
The doctor I have know don’t judge you like the other two prior that I had.
The doctor I saw last was very loud rude and obnoxious everyone in the office could hear our conversation I was very embarrassed.
